(technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 86(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 86(JUD)(efd fld S), and recommended that the members vote yes. Representative Coghill placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 86(JUD) am be returned to Unfinished Business. Representative Coghill objected. Representative Fate rose to a point of order regarding the motion. The Speaker indicated that the motion to return the bill to Unfinished Business takes precedence. The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 86(JUD) am be returned to Unfinished Business?"
